It’s one of the most wonderful places we’ve ever been in Milan, their Amatriciana is out of this universe. We came in (with a reservation) the nice girl’s English was great. I ordered my favorite dish Amatriciana and a a dessert and when I took my first bite i knew immediately that I have to cancel my dessert and eat a second portion, and they were so happy to get me a second portion. It was incredible their food. Also their Carbonara was incredible. Their wine. Their hospitality. Every time we come from Zurich to Milan, it’s a must to eat at this place.
Absolutely outstanding. We had the tasting menu and it ranks among the best meals we’ve ever eaten. Incredible fresh pasta, perfect service, and a wonderful atmosphere. An absolute must if you’re in town. We’ll definitely be back!
After a whole week around Italy this has been the best place we have visited. The staff was incredible amazing and the food was just insurmountable. If we come soon to Milano we will go back.

We are genuinely surprised by your review. We have no record of any dishes being left , so without any specific details, it is difficult to us to understand or learn from your experience.
First of all , contrary to what you stated, reservations are highly recommended: we are often fully booked.
That said , we respect every guest and every budget . However, it remains a mystery to us why someone would choose to dine at our restaurant despite having a budget around 15€, when our menu and prices are crearly displayed both outside the Pastificio and online before visiting.
We believe you chose us because of the many positive reviews praising the quality of our fresh handmade pasta and selected ingredients.
Quality has a cost, not just a price.

Excellent service by Davide & Micaela. Attention to service is even better than most 5 star hotels and high end restaurants. Best food we had in Milan. I highly recommend this place. We will be back.
