Fiorentina was perfect! Only 4 stars because friends had pasta and pizza and this was not on 5 star level. But most customers will come for the beef and this is delicious!

Amazing food and very friendly, polite staff. If you really want to taste an excellent Fiorentina steak or any kind of steak, this is the place to go. High quality at a very good price, in the beautiful and cozy town of Suvereto. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at this charming restaurant during our time in Tuscany. The highlight was definitely the Fiorentina steak—cooked to perfection with a beautifully rich, smoky flavor and tender texture. Complementing it were three varieties of steak tartare, each showcasing a fresh, nuanced taste and artisanal preparation. For our little one, the homemade pasta with tomato sauce and Parmesan was a delight—simple yet crafted with genuine care and attention. The service was exceptional. The staff were not only incredibly friendly but truly passionate about their craft, enthusiastically explaining the different cuts of meat available for the steak. Their fluent English made it easy for us to ask questions and feel connected to the culinary experience. We also thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant’s house wine—a remarkable table wine with a full-bodied flavor, elegant depth, and a smooth, velvety finish. It paired beautifully with our meal and elevated the entire dining experience. The outdoor seating was another pleasant surprise — a peaceful, charming spot full of Tuscan atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a warm evening. It’s a detail you won’t find on the Google photos, but it adds so much to the overall experience. Overall, this restaurant excelled in quality, warmth, and culinary passion. It’s the kind of place that turns a family dinner into a lasting memory.
