Borgo Sassi

Borgo Sassi appears as a country-style agriturismo in the Corato countryside, with a setting that feels relaxed and welcoming. The atmosphere is informal and familiar, with spaces suited to unhurried meals and convivial gatherings.

The kitchen is rooted in Pugliese cuisine, with a focus on traditional dishes and local ingredients. The most appreciated specialties are the house-made pastas, the meat dishes, and the regional preparations that highlight the area's flavors in a simple, authentic way.

What stands out most is the combination of rustic character, care in presentation, and a consistently genuine local identity. It is a place associated with a straightforward, territorial style of cooking, in an environment that remains pleasant and well kept.
