Birricomio

I've been to Birricomio in Civitanova Marche a few times now, and it's become one of my go-to spots for a relaxed evening with friends. This place has a true brewery vibe—spacious and welcoming, with plenty of room to spread out, even on busier nights. They have games available, which adds to the fun, casual atmosphere, and an impressive selection of their own craft beers on tap that pair perfectly with the menu.The food is a real highlight: high-quality meats, gourmet burgers, and thoughtful pairings that hit the spot every time. Everything feels fresh and well-executed, especially when washed down with one of their artisanal brews.Service is usually spot-on—friendly, attentive, and professional. However, there was one odd incident during a recent visit. My friend ordered a sandwich that turned out spicier than expected (due to the type of paprika used), and the menu didn't specify if it was hot or sweet. The initial waiter was super accommodating and offered to replace it right away. But then another staff member (possibly a manager?) came over and started an unnecessary argument about it, which felt accusatory and out of place. It was a real customer service 101 fail and soured that particular evening.Parking is another downside—don't even try the spots right in front unless you have an old beater and don't mind a few bumps. Better to park farther away at the Cristo delle Marche area; it's a nice walk anyway to help digest the hearty meal.Despite that one-off experience, Birricomio remains a solid choice. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and I'll definitely be back—just maybe steering clear of anything with paprika to avoid any drama!
