We had a wonderful lunch at Bela Tusa! The staff was friendly and the restaurant itself is cozy. We tried both versions of risotto on the menu, and both of them were great. The Rusumada was especially delicious, a perfect end to our meal.

Mediocre food, mediocre service. The Maitre (or the waiter, I’m not sure) was very arrogant and rude. I would never come back.
The milanesa was terrible and the risotto tasted like the instant one you buy at the supermarket…
Very disappointing
Julian, thank you for taking the time to write, even if this was not an easy review to read. If you felt treated with arrogance by someone in our dining room, that is on us and we apologise: it is the opposite of how we want a guest to feel here, and we will talk it through with the team.
On the food we owe you an honest answer, because it matters to us. Our risotto alla milanese is cooked to order, one pan at a time, and our cotoletta is breaded by hand in our kitchen each morning. Every dish is described plainly on the menu, which we keep translated into every language precisely so that each guest can choose knowing exactly what will arrive at the table. Nothing here comes ready made. That does not undo your evening, and clearly something went wrong at yours, but we would not want anyone reading this to think otherwise.

This was A GREAT restaurant with DELICIOUS food. This was the best food we had in Italy and I was here for 3 weeks. I highly recommend!!!
