Baroon - Bistrot & B&B

Baroon - Bistrot & B&B is a small, welcoming place in the center of Polizzi Generosa, combining a bistrot spirit with a bed and breakfast setting. The atmosphere is informal and familiar, with a quiet, well-kept room that suits both a meal and a relaxed stop in the village.

The kitchen is rooted in Sicilian cooking, with a clear focus on local dishes and a menu that reflects the area's flavors. The most appreciated specialties are the handmade pasta, meat dishes and traditional preparations, served in a simple style that keeps the ingredients at the center.

What stands out most is the balance between local cuisine, a cozy atmosphere and a central location close to the main square. It feels like a genuine address for those looking for a straightforward, territory-based dining experience in Polizzi Generosa.
