What a great restaurant. The first tell: it is full of locals choosing to eat here rather than at home. I know they're locals because everyone is saying hello to each other, and people on the street. The second tell: casual but impeccable service. Julio was fantastic. The third tell: the food. Stunning. That's why the neighborhood, in a quarter without a lot of restaurants, is here. I'm leaving tomorrow, but if I wasn't, I'd be back - and I'm recommending it to my Roman friends.

Simply beautiful. Everything done to perfection. Food so rich and deep but balanced it makes your taste buds pirohette with joy. If there were another 5 stars to light up I would illuminate them all!

Honestly I don't have the words to express how good this Osteria is. The food is more than excellent, but it's not even about the food. It's about the vibe and the experiene this resaturant gives. Me and my girlfriend came here 2 times (the first one we liked it so much we decided to come back to have our final meal of the trip here). Both times it was mesmerizing. This place is the most "italian" out of all the places we visited in this city and here we really felt like visiting Italy. All of this included we felt like being part of the community and the culture. The place is really cozy, cute and calm, very good for going there with someone special or with someone you didn't see for a long time. The menu is simple and authentic, but inside you'll find a blackboard with special food. The food was very good. The classic roman pasta is made with guanciale(not bacon, like I've seen in other menus for some reason). If you're lucky enough you can get a table with the view to the kitchen and you can see the chef preparing the food, which I always enjoy. I hope I captured all the important things in this review and I really hope you will get this little place a try. For my last words I want to thank the restaurant and the people there for giving me this wonderful experince and making me feel like home in italy for two different occasions. Please continue what you're doing and never change, only grow. Hope I can come back in the future. Thank you for making our vacation so much better.
