Antica Trattoria Salutati

Antica Trattoria Salutati is an Italian and Mediterranean trattoria in Milan, with a setting that feels welcoming and informal, spread across a few simple rooms with exposed beams and brickwork.

The menu is centered on traditional dishes, with pasta and veal Milanese among the most appreciated specialties. The cuisine is described as carefully prepared and rooted in classic local flavors, with a clear focus on recognizable, well-executed recipes.

Its identity comes from the combination of traditional cooking, a congenial atmosphere and a straightforward trattoria style that makes it feel authentic and familiar.
