Al borgo Assoro

Al borgo Assoro is a place with a distinctly Italian, Mediterranean identity, set in a simple and familiar atmosphere. The style is that of a traditional neighborhood restaurant, with a relaxed mood that makes it suitable for everyday meals and unhurried dining.

The kitchen focuses on pizza and classic Italian dishes, with particular attention to well-made, straightforward preparations. The most appreciated features are the balanced flavors, the welcoming setting, and the sense of authenticity that comes through in the food.

Its strengths lie in its clear culinary identity, its informal atmosphere, and the consistency of dishes that reflect a rooted local style.
