Every time when i'm in Turin i try to go to this place. The food is incredibly flavorful and very authentic. The man working at the tables is very friendly. Except for Spongebob (the dog) cheering up the place, the atmosphere is a bit cold. Instead of playing commercial music videos on the screen i would love to see some chinese tv shows playing to match with the authenticity of this restaurant. Also the toilet could be cleaner. In the end, all the amazing food makes up for the deficiencies.
We arrived in Turin much later than expected and it was getting on for 23:00. We tried a few restaurants only to be turned away as their kitchens had closed. 2018 Ristorante Cinese came to the rescue. What a find! We had the Enoki mushrooms salad which was delicious and Fried Rice was tasty (good 鑊氣). But the star was the bowl of handmade pulled noodles (拉麵) in soup. A simple dish but had a wonderfully subtle flavour and the noodles themselves were absolutely fabulous with a wonderfully toothsome texture. We're not in the city that many days, but if I get the chance, I will go back. We ate well for not a lot of money.
