Vabres

Vabres is a Palermitan pastry shop and café with a distinctly local identity, known for its focus on sweets, coffee and savory specialties from the Sicilian tradition. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, with outdoor tables that suit an easy breakfast or a quick stop at any time of day.

The most appreciated specialties include arancine, freshly made coffee, pastries and cakes, all presented in a simple but carefully kept setting. Its character comes from the combination of traditional flavors, a compact format and a practical location that makes it feel like a classic neighborhood spot.
