UMAKI SUSHI SALERNO

Japanese and Chinese cuisine with a focus on sushi, nigiri, uramaki and gunkan, served in an elegant yet informal setting. The restaurant stands out for the care given to the dishes, the quality of the ingredients and the variety of the menu, which combines classic Japanese options with more contemporary preparations.

The atmosphere is spacious and well kept, with a clean, modern feel that suits both lunch and dinner. The most appreciated specialties are the sushi selections and the most refined raw-fish preparations, which give the place a clear identity as a Japanese restaurant in Salerno.
