San Bastiano Ristoro

San Bastiano Ristoro is a pub-gastropub with a distinctly local character, set in a relaxed spot near the entrance to the old fortress area. The kitchen focuses on Ciociaria-style small plates and simple dishes made with local ingredients, with mixed platters and parmigiana among the most appreciated offerings.

The atmosphere is welcoming and informal, with a setting suited to a calm break and easy conversation. A careful selection of craft beer and the use of regional products give the place a clear identity, combining casual service with a strong connection to the area.
