Rododendro

Rododendro serves Italian cuisine with a clear emphasis on Piedmontese dishes and pizza, in a setting that feels welcoming, carefully kept and suitable for both lunch and dinner.

The most appreciated dishes include the Piedmontese tasting menu, gnocchi alla Val Varaita, fassona beef, seafood dishes and the desserts. The kitchen is described as generous and well-balanced, with a menu that moves comfortably between land and sea.

The restaurant stands out for its local character, the quality of the dishes and an atmosphere that makes it a pleasant address in central Saluzzo.
