Ristorantino Degustazione & Pizza 'S EIKE pame stifl

Italian cuisine and pizza are the focus here, with a menu that also includes local dishes and carefully prepared house specialties. The style is rooted in Sauris and combines familiar flavors with a refined, light approach to doughs and toppings.

The atmosphere is welcoming, small-scale and well kept, with a straightforward and relaxed character. The room feels intimate and authentic, and the dining experience stands out for its sense of local identity and attention to detail.

Among the most appreciated specialties are the S'eike pizza, the light dough, the quality ingredients and selected combinations such as speck, sausage, mushrooms and lard. Also well regarded are the typical dishes served at lunch, the mixed cured meats and cheeses from Sauris, and the homemade bread and desserts.
