Ristorante Sushi Shan Brixen

Sushi Shan Brixen serves a Japanese and Chinese-style all-you-can-eat selection, with sushi, maki, uramaki, spring rolls, shrimp, crab and other Asian dishes.

The atmosphere is informal and lively, with a tablet-based ordering system at the table and a quick pace that suits a casual meal. The sushi is often described as varied, with particular appreciation for the uramaki and the broader range of dishes.

Its defining traits are the breadth of the Asian selection, the fast service and a format that makes it easy to choose among many prepared dishes.
