The venue

Risto Bar Spada Reale is an Italian and European venue that combines a bar-and-restaurant format with a casual, welcoming atmosphere. It is especially appreciated for its role as a practical stop in Frassino, with a style suited to both a quick meal and a more relaxed break.

The kitchen is centered on local dishes and traditional mountain and regional preparations, with particular appreciation for risotto, polenta, and other simple, well-known specialties. The overall impression is of a place with a straightforward identity, focused on familiar flavors and a genuine, informal setting.
