Rifugio Pulpito

Rifugio Pulpito is a mountain dining spot focused on Val Venosta alpine cuisine, with a menu that combines classic dishes, pasta and fresh salads. It is especially known for its Kaiserschmarrn, prepared as a signature dessert or sweet course.

The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, with the easygoing character of a high-altitude refuge beside the cable car station. Its setting makes it a convenient stop for hikers and skiers looking for a simple, well-placed place to eat in the mountains.

The main strengths are the varied menu, the mountain setting and the balance between straightforward dishes and more characteristic local specialties.
