Quelli del Busi

Quelli del Busi is a traditional Italian trattoria with a simple, familiar atmosphere and a distinctly local character. The setting is informal and welcoming, with the kind of mood that makes it suitable for everyday meals and relaxed lunches.

The kitchen focuses on classic Piedmontese and Italian dishes, with a menu that highlights homemade preparation and well-judged, straightforward flavors. The most appreciated specialties are the fresh pasta, the meat dishes, and the seasonal recipes that reflect a careful use of local ingredients.

What stands out most is the sense of authenticity: a restaurant rooted in regional cooking, where the atmosphere, the honest cuisine, and the attention to traditional dishes define the experience.
