Progetto Latte

Progetto Latte is a cafe9-bistro with an Italian and international character, set inside Centro Torri in Parma. The setting is informal and practical, suitable for a breakfast stop or a relaxed lunch break in the shopping center.

The menu stands out for fresh pastries, excellent coffee, and ginseng, along with a well-regarded selection of cheeses and simple dishes that work well for breakfast and lunch. The overall identity is that of a place focused on quality bar service and a small but distinctive food offering.
