Polleria Sapori di Brace

Polleria Sapori di Brace is a polleria with a strong focus on grilled chicken, oven-baked pasta and a range of ready-made dishes for take-away. The atmosphere is informal and practical, with a straightforward identity centered on simple, well-executed food.

The most appreciated specialties include the pollo alla brace and the pasta al forno, which stand out for their flavour and the quality of the cooking. The place is also valued for offering a complete, everyday meal in a compact setting that feels familiar and easy to use.

Its distinctive character lies in the combination of barbecued flavours, traditional Sicilian-style prepared dishes and a service model suited to both quick lunches and meals to take away.
