Pizzeria Salvo

Pizzeria Salvo is a place devoted to Neapolitan-style pizza, with a focus on light dough, long fermentation and a well-made bake. The atmosphere is informal yet refined, with a setting that feels more spacious and polished than a classic neighborhood pizzeria.

The most appreciated specialties are the pizza, the frittatina di pasta and the montanarine, alongside a menu that keeps the spotlight on well-executed pizza and fried items. The dining experience is marked by careful service and a kitchen that combines digestibility, consistency and a clear attention to quality.
