Pizza Alla Pala Pomezia

Pizza alla pala is a pizzeria focused on Roman-style pizza, with a particular emphasis on pizza served by the tray and on well-made dough. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, suited to a casual meal where the food takes center stage.

The most appreciated specialties are the crisp, light pizza alla pala, the versions with multiple toppings on the same base, and the balance between flavor and texture. The place is also noted for its practical format and for the variety of pizzas prepared in a simple, direct style.
