The venue

Piazza della Sala is a lively open-air dining area in the historic center of Pistoia, known for its informal atmosphere and its role as a meeting point around the market square.

The cuisine here is Italian, with a focus on simple, local dishes served in a setting surrounded by bars, restaurants, and historic buildings. The most characteristic experience is the combination of outdoor tables, a busy square, and a strong sense of everyday city life.

Its main strengths are the central location, the energetic atmosphere, and the variety of places to eat and drink in the same square.
