The venue

Italian and Tuscan cuisine with a kitchen rooted in local tradition characterizes Passo dei Carpinelli, where the menu centers on fresh, familiar dishes prepared with care. The setting feels informal and welcoming, suitable for a relaxed meal in a mountain pass location.

Among the most appreciated specialties are ravioli with ragù, white tagliatelle with mushrooms, mixed platters of cured meats and cheeses served with honey and kiwi jam, as well as vegetable pies and focaccia. Desserts such as assorted tarts complete a simple, well-defined offer that highlights Tuscan flavors.
