Panetto’s Piazza Castelforte

Panetto's Piazza Castelforte is a pizza and Southern Italian spot in the Mondello area of Palermo, with a simple, informal atmosphere suited to a relaxed meal. The setting on Piazza Castelforte gives it a local, neighborhood feel.

The kitchen is best known for its pizzas al taglio, especially the kind made on a tray and served in generous slices. The style is straightforward and focused on classic dough preparations, with the most distinctive appeal coming from its easygoing, everyday approach to pizza.
