The venue

Osteria della Gardetta offers Italian cuisine with a clear focus on local tradition, especially the flavors of Occitan and Piedmontese cooking. The menu is centered on simple, genuine dishes prepared with ingredients from the valley and the kitchen garden, with options for vegetarian and gluten-free needs.

The atmosphere is informal, warm and closely tied to the mountain setting of Borgo Chialvetta. It is a place appreciated for its authentic character, where the most distinctive dishes are those that bring out local ingredients and traditional recipes in a straightforward, well-defined style.
