The atmosphere is informal and straightforward, with a setting that suits a casual meal focused on meat. Its most characteristic specialties include bombette and salsicce, along with other barbecue-style dishes that highlight the restaurant's butcher-shop identity.
What stands out most is the clear focus on meat specialties and the combination of restaurant service with a traditional butcher-counter format, giving the place a distinctive and recognisable character.
