The venue

L'Alambicco del Presidente serves Italian cuisine with a strong focus on pizza and pinsa, alongside handmade pasta and other regional dishes. The setting is informal and characteristic, with a lively atmosphere that fits the historic center of Viterbo.

Among the most appreciated specialties are the pinsa, the fresh pasta and the carefully prepared oven-baked items. The restaurant is also valued for its warm, welcoming mood and its connection to local flavors, which give it a distinctly authentic profile.
