La Rosa di Paisciun

La Rosa di Paisciun is an informal Italian trattoria-pizzeria with a straightforward, neighborhood feel and service that fits breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks throughout the day.

The kitchen centers on pizza and simple Italian dishes, with a style that feels familiar and unfussy. The setting is relaxed and practical, suited to a casual meal in the center of Genoa.

What stands out most is its everyday, welcoming character: a place where the focus stays on classic flavors, a laid-back atmosphere and a menu built around the most recognizable dishes of Italian comfort cooking.
