La Pizza In Teglia Raffaele d’Errico

Pizza in teglia with a crisp, airy base and well-made toppings defines this counter at Mercato Centrale in Florence. The style is straightforward and focused on Roman-inspired tray pizza, served warm and freshly cut.

The atmosphere is informal and lively, with the energy of a busy market hall. The most distinctive specialties are the slices with fresh ingredients, including classic combinations such as margherita, valued for their balance, texture, and clear flavors.

What stands out most is the freshly served pizza, the crunchy finish, and the direct, market-style format that makes it easy to enjoy a quick but carefully prepared bite.
