La Nuova Tartuga

La Nuova Tartuga serves Italian cuisine with a strong focus on pizza, alongside a selection of pasta dishes and burgers. The style is straightforward and familiar, with a renovated, pleasant setting in the city center.

The most characteristic dishes are the thin-edged, digestible pizzas, which stand out for their balanced dough and overall quality. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, making it a comfortable place for an easy meal in Foligno.

Its identity comes from a simple, city-center trattoria-pizzeria approach, centered on well-made pizza and a relaxed dining room.
