I'Regolo

I' Regolo is an Italian and pizza restaurant with a warm, informal atmosphere, set in the hills of Scarperia e San Piero. The setting feels welcoming and relaxed, suited to a simple meal with friends or family.

The kitchen is known for pizza and traditional Tuscan dishes, with attention also given to gluten-free options. Among the most appreciated specialties are tortelli mugellani and the variety of pizzas, served in a style that combines local character with clear, familiar flavors.

What stands out most is the balance between regional cooking, a convivial atmosphere, and a menu that includes options for different needs. It is a place with a distinctly local identity, where the cuisine remains the main focus.
