The venue

Il Simposio is an Italian venue with the feel of a bar and pub, set on the square in the center of Grammichele. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, with a lively, easygoing character that suits breakfasts, lunches, dinners and drinks.

The most appreciated specialties are the rustici and other simple Italian preparations, served in a place known for its central position and pleasant square-side setting. It stands out as a relaxed spot for classic local pauses throughout the day.
