Il Fondatore

Il Fondatore is an Italian venue with the feel of a bar-caffetteria and pub, set up for breakfast, a quick lunch or an aperitif. The atmosphere is busy, welcoming and informal, with indoor tables and a service style that feels practical and attentive.

The strongest impression is its coffee and cappuccino, along with a broad selection of fresh pastries, especially continuously baked cornetti. It also stands out for simple daytime food such as hot dishes and sandwiches, making it a familiar stop for those passing through the area.
