The venue

Il Covo dei Tegamini offers a Northern Italian kitchen centered on traditional dishes, with a clear preference for well-made first courses and regional recipes. The atmosphere is simple, clean, and informal, with a welcoming tone that makes the dining room feel relaxed and familiar.

Among the most appreciated specialties are bigoli with sauce, cod Vicentina with polenta, melted cheese with polenta, and red wine braised pork cheeks. The kitchen stands out for its careful execution, generous portions, and a style that combines simplicity with solid attention to flavor.
