Fischbänke

Fischbänke is an Italian venue in central Bolzano that works well as both a bar and a light dining stop, with a relaxed, lively atmosphere and a very distinctive setting. The space is known for its outdoor tables, original decor and old stone and marble details that give it a recognisable character.

The offering focuses on simple, Mediterranean-style dishes and bar food, with bruschetta among the most characteristic specialties. It is also associated with aperitifs, local wines and cocktails, making it a place that combines casual drinking with straightforward food in an urban setting.
