Ex Salumeria

Ex Salumeria is a compact rum bar in Naples' historic center, with a lively and informal atmosphere that feels especially welcoming in the evening. The setting is distinctive and intimate, with a character that makes the venue immediately recognizable.

The focus is on rum tasting, including a varied selection of flavored and artisanal labels, alongside mixed drinks built around rum. Its identity is defined by a specialist approach to rum and by a relaxed, social environment that works well for small groups.

What stands out most is the combination of specialty rum, a personal atmosphere, and a place that feels different from a standard bar. It is a venue shaped around flavor, conviviality, and a clear beverage-focused concept.
