Esoticum

Italian cuisine, with a clear focus on seafood and Mediterranean flavors, defines Esoticum in the center of Genoa. The setting is elegant yet relaxed, with a pleasant outdoor area and a calm atmosphere that makes the dining room feel refined without being formal.

The dishes that stand out most are the carefully presented starters, the fish preparations and the trofie al pesto, together with a menu that is also noted for its balance and attention to detail. The overall impression is of a place where the kitchen is curated, the flavors are distinctive and the experience feels polished and comfortable.
