Drusilla Al Borgo

Italian cuisine with a clear bar and wine bar identity, set in a place that feels intimate and tied to the character of the Borgo. The atmosphere is cozy, particular and clean, with a relaxed setting that works well for an aperitif or a casual meal.

The most appreciated dishes include bruschette, taglieri and simple prepared bites such as panino con polpo, friarielli e stracciatella. The selection of wines and craft beers is a defining feature, alongside a kitchen that focuses on familiar flavors and well-made, easygoing combinations.
