Dino Express

Dino Express is a Roman and Italian trattoria in the Prati area, with a straightforward, informal character and a distinctly home-style feel.

The kitchen focuses on traditional Roman dishes such as carbonara, lasagna and meatball-based plates, served in generous, simple preparations that keep the cooking central.

The atmosphere is familial and authentic, with a welcoming, old-fashioned trattoria identity that makes the restaurant feel unmistakably local and rooted in Roman dining habits.
