Covo del Brigante

Covo del Brigante is an Italian and pizza restaurant with a distinctly Sicilian character, known for dishes tied to local tradition and seafood preparations. The kitchen is centered on regional flavors and simple, recognizable recipes.

The setting is informal and welcoming, with a terrace that adds to the relaxed atmosphere. The most appreciated specialties include authentic Sicilian food, seafood dishes, and wood-fired pizza with a thin, crunchy base.

Its identity comes from the combination of traditional cuisine, a pleasant dining room, and a style that feels rooted in the local area.
