COSIMO Rooftop Restaurant & Bar

COSIMO Rooftop Restaurant & Bar offers a modern Italian dining experience with a strong focus on cocktails, aperitifs, and well-presented dishes. The setting is defined by a refined, contemporary atmosphere and a panoramic rooftop position, with wide views over Florence and especially striking sunset moments.

The style is elegant but welcoming, suited to a relaxed yet polished evening. The most appreciated specialties are the signature drinks, the carefully prepared food, and the overall combination of 360-degree city views, tasteful design, and a rooftop ambiance that feels distinctive within Florence.
