The venue

Castello di Montalbano is a historic property on the hills of Florence that combines Italian and Mediterranean cuisine with a scenic, atmospheric setting. The dining experience is defined by a refined, castle-like environment surrounded by greenery, with broad views over the city and the Tuscan landscape.

The most distinctive dishes are the more elaborate preparations, with varied antipasti, well-crafted first courses, and carefully selected meats. The tone is elegant and relaxed, with a setting that suits dinners and special occasions, while keeping a distinctly Tuscan identity.
