Castelli

Castelli appears to be a simple and welcoming place in Prizzi, with a strongly local character and a relaxed, familiar atmosphere.

The food focuses on traditional Sicilian cuisine, with dishes that highlight local ingredients and a homestyle approach. The most appreciated specialties are the house-made preparations and the recipes tied to the area's culinary tradition.

Its strength lies in the combination of authentic flavors, a straightforward setting, and a kitchen that reflects the identity of the territory.
