Caseificio Crampiolo - Famiglia Olzeri

Italian mountain cuisine served in a rustic, informal setting defines the character of this place, with dishes tied to the traditions of Alpe Devero and the surrounding valley.

The atmosphere is family-style and welcoming, with a simple alpine feel that matches its location in Crampiolo. The most appreciated specialties are the local cheeses and the homemade dishes, especially those that highlight the area's dairy character and mountain flavors.

What makes it distinctive is the close link between kitchen and territory: a straightforward food experience rooted in local ingredients, authentic preparation, and a setting that feels consistent with the alpine landscape.
