Caos

Caos offers Italian and pub-style cuisine in a setting with a distinctly local, informal atmosphere. The dishes focus on traditional flavors with a contemporary touch, and the menu includes preparations that highlight seasonal ingredients and well-made meat courses.

The place is remembered for its friendly ambiance and for desserts that complement the meal with the same care shown in the kitchen. A recurring hallmark is the attention to wild herbs in some recipes, which gives the cooking a recognisable character.
