The venue

Birrificio San Paolo is a brewpub with Italian cuisine, where the beer list is paired with a menu that includes pub-style dishes, first courses, pizza al padellino, hamburgers and Piedmontese specialties. The setting is informal and lively, with a compact, convivial atmosphere that fits both a drink and a full dinner.

The most appreciated specialties include the craft beers, the piatto del birraio, the pork shank and dishes based on fassona beef. The place stands out for its focus on artisanal brewing and for a kitchen that combines traditional pub dishes with local ingredients and regional flavors.
