Bar di Grich

Bar di Grich is a Piemonte and Occitan-style venue set in a relaxed mountain setting, with a simple and welcoming atmosphere. It combines a rural, informal character with a dining style that feels closely tied to the local area.

The focus is on traditional regional cooking, with dishes that highlight local ingredients and the flavors of the valley. The most distinctive preparations are those that bring together Piedmontese cuisine and Occitan culinary traditions, giving the place a clear and recognizable identity.

The room is appreciated for its authentic, familiar atmosphere and for a style of cooking that is direct, grounded, and rooted in the territory. Its strength lies in the balance between local cuisine, a genuine mountain context, and a distinctive regional character.
