Bakery 1970 gluten free

Bakery 1970 gluten free is a fully gluten-free bakery in the center of Genoa, focused on both savory and sweet products, with a strong emphasis on Ligurian-style specialties such as focaccia, bread and other baked goods.

The atmosphere is informal and practical, with a small shop format that suits a quick stop for breakfast, a snack or takeaway. The selection is broad for those looking for gluten-free options, and the products are known for tasting fresh and well made.

Its main strengths are the variety of savory and sweet items, the fact that everything is prepared without gluten, and the ability to offer classic bakery products that remain faithful in taste and texture.
